Calm your anxiety - WellTech is an application to manage anxiety problems created to improve the quality of life of people with problems such as stress.

The application provides resources to cope with anxiety, and teaches strategies to manage it from a cognitive-behavioral approach. Calm your anxiety - WellTech aims to provide treatment, rigorous and quality, to improve the quality of life of people suffering from this problem. Thanks to Calm your anxiety WellTech, users can learn to sleep better, manage anxiety, regulate mood or improve relationships with others and reduce or eliminate stress.

In addition, Calm your anxiety - WellTech will track the evolution of user through treatment, and also can store notes or create reminders.

It was created by Dr. Rocio de la Vega, Roman Roset, and Dr. Jordi Miró at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona). All three are members of the group ALGOS (http://algos-dpsico.urv.cat) investigating the chronic pain of scientific and rigorous way.
