The IR Roaster is the first of many projects to realizing our dream of making higher quality coffee available to more people for less: An appliance that automates roasting with the advantages of drum and fluid bed roasters, networkable via Wifi and NFC to share information between growers, artisanal roasters and coffee aficionados. Freeing entrepreneurs and enthusiasts alike from the challenges of small scale roasting, digital profiles can now let you roast consistently, all with a compact, data-enabled package that fits on your cafe or kitchen counter.
User can download or create a digital roast profile contains pre-heat temperature, TT points (time vs temperature) and AST points (time vs open %), allowing any user a fully automated coffee roasting experience. Simply just prepare the green coffee bean, IR will do the rest.

Roasting Capacity
With smart optical sensor, fully automatic design, extended green loader, 500ml product collector and independent chaff collector, users are able to roast range from 30gm to 2x100gm under same digital roast profile and most importantly with same cup profile.

Thanks to smart IoT function, the IR App able to check, match and work with different IR Roaster models DIY+, DIY and Origin. One app but offering 3 different models’ interfaces with different level of controls.

User able to track important temperatures readings on IR App like Environment Temperature (ET), Bean Temperature (BT), Chamber Temperature (CT), Rate of Rise (RoR) and Development Ratio (DTR).

Patented AST System
The patented auto AST system giving you full control of airflow, bean rotation, temperature and most important 'flavour' of your roast. Through the auto AST, user able to create a profile matching a drum roaster with the depth and lingering aftertaste, as well as keeping the great aroma and clean cup on air roaster.

Patented NFC and Profiles Memories
Advanced with NFC reading function and up to 9 profile memories, coffee lovers now can roast their daily coffee easily without their smart phone.
