A program of leadership training and capacity building is held annually under the supervision of a group of specialized trainers and experts. The program is held for 8 days in Turkey, offering a range of interactive courses, lectures and workshops.

    The program aims at developing the cultural and psychological capacities of young people and developing their managerial and leadership skills, and opens opportunities for them through their relations with influential teachers and young people during the program period to help guide and build future plans and projects.

  The social reality and the crises experienced by the region in general, which requires great efforts involving a number of institutions in support and development of youth.

    There are large numbers of ambitious youth, voluntary teams and initiatives that need development programs, expertise and coordination to increase effectiveness.

    To give young people a culture and awareness of the secrets of the renaissance of nations and societies by standing on a number of successful individual or institutional experiences, meeting their leaders and learning about these successes.
