This is a learning manual for the Tseltal Mayan language, as spoken in the town of Guaquitepec, municipality of Chilón, Chiapas, Mexico. Your goal is to reach an intermediate level, enough to hold simple conversations in Tseltal and understand the basic structures of the language. Its 20 lessons plus annexes progressively present common expressions, vocabulary and essential grammatical rules. Each lesson ends with review exercises with answers.
