They can simply download the app on their mobile device, take a photo of the problem, such as holes in the floor, burned out light bulbs, or other infrastructure-related issues, and provide a detailed description of the situation. This information is sent directly to the city hall to the web software that connects with this App.

This application is only available to municipalities that are clients of this developer.
