METABOLIC WALK was created by Stefano Fontanesi together with his son Davide. They put together 3 disciplines: walking, boxing and dance. The result is an energetically very expensive and metabolic stimulating walk.

Also suitable for those people allergic to the gym!

The walk is guided by the trainer of the application thanks to specific audio files (podcasts) of 30 minutes and we will also teach you postural and toning exercises with very simple videos.

The application was also created to let you find the park closest to your home and give you the opportunity to experience the thrill of METABOLIC WALK with a certified trainer.
