A recruiting agency can come onboard as a recruiter in the Niyukti portal and can im¬mediately initiate their recruitment process with minimum amount of application level configurations.The need of owning a recruitmentportal or website is not necessary for departments. The recruiter/department gets a separate dashboard for candidates when on-boarded. The inputs to be taken from the candidates may differ from post to post, so it is made configurable.
