The purpose of developing Nursing Management Application is to improve learning capability by utilizing smartphone-based education media in self-directed learning of nursing management subjects for nursing college students. The developed application consists of 4 parts. Part 1 is theoretical, which is the understanding, planning, organization, human resource management, command, control, and nursing unit management of the nursing profession. Part 2 presents the six basic chapters of the theoretical content in each chapter. Part 4 presents a comprehensive question and answer that includes all six chapters of theoretical content. Learners can check their scores immediately after solving basic, advanced, and comprehensive questions.
 In order to use the app, you need to download Nursing Management Application from Android and App Store, and you can use it after entering ID and PW.
