In that year, the then BJMC Regional General Manager, Chittagong Region Mr. AK, established the school to facilitate the reading of the children of the staff officers of the M Shamsuddin Hafiz Jute Mill. Mr. Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman served as Head Teacher since the establishment of the school. The first branch was opened at the school. Later, the school was gradually upgraded to tenth grade.
