This platform collects the cargo owner's transportation completion information from the driver and processes functions such as registering receipts, checking delivery details, and recognizing the time of transportation completion in a consistent format. This allows manual documentation procedures to be replaced digitally and simultaneously ensure document consistency and standardization.

Zimplus supports the issuance of tax invoices and transportation fee settlement based on transportation data according to consistent standards. The payment process after the time of transportation completion is systematized, and the payment status can be viewed in real time by both managers and users.

The vehicle tracking system, including location-based functions, visualizes the transportation process such as dispatching, travel route, and whether delivery is complete, and will expand the service in the direction of improving management efficiency by linking with the transportation monitoring function within the platform.

Zimplus also includes a prepayment processing module to solve the problem of delayed transportation payments that affects the asset operation flow of the transportation company, and this function is operated in conjunction with the fund operation policy based on accounts receivable.
