ACT Health is seeking to understand the longer-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on health and wellbeing. The information collected will help us better understand the emerging health and wellbeing needs of the community and to be responsive to these needs. It will also help inform public health measures across Canberra.

The study consists of a series of short surveys that will take between one and five minutes to complete. The surveys can be completed on a mobile device with our tailored app, or via a web browser on any device.

The CBR Health and Wellbeing study will include questions about your health, health behaviours and how you are feeling. Those participating in the study will receive a short survey approximately twice a week for the duration of the study.

All information is encrypted immediately after it is recorded and only accessible by ACT Health staff via secure protocols.
