Hoap is used by organisations as a communication medium for the capturing and reporting of valuable wellbeing metrics for both employees and the leadership team. The Hoap app allows for the daily capture of wellbeing states and provides the ability to report on current trends for the user. Targeted education is provided for the app users to foster self-management of each individual’s personal wellbeing states over time.
