Fears can lurk deep inside, affecting decisions, emotions and quality of life. This is a system of psychological exercises that step by step helps you identify, recognize and overcome fears, gradually moving towards inner freedom.
Each day you will be offered a unique exercise aimed at self-analysis and working with inner feelings. At the beginning of the exercise, a brief explanation of why it is needed is displayed, and a countdown is displayed – a passive incentive to start right now, without postponing. The timing doesn't affect anything, but it helps keep the user focused on the task at hand.
After completing the exercise, the user presses the finish button. The next task will only become available the next day, which gives the user a chance to reflect on the previous step and prepare for the new one.
This process allows you to gradually but confidently dismantle your inner fears, face them and learn to manage your emotions.
As an additional tool for emotional release, this screen offers symbolic liberation from fear through visualization. The user writes their fear on a virtual piece of paper and chooses how to get rid of it: either by “burning” it with a fire effect or “drowning” it as the paper sinks into water.
Afterward, a message appears:
“You've gotten rid of your fear. If you feel that there are still some disturbing emotions, try again and describe the fear in more detail.”
This process can be repeated as many times as needed, allowing users to explore and release complex emotional layers in a safe and interactive format.
