Simply create a shift, add participants, and start the timer. When the time comes to change, select a new participant—the system will automatically continue the countdown and save all transitions.
The shift screen displays the running timer, the current participant on shift, and the "Shift Change" button. The changeover from one worker to another is recorded with a single tap, allowing you to accurately track who was on duty and for how long. This is especially useful for teams, security, dispatchers, production shifts, on-call duty, and other teams where every transition is important.
The shift creation screen offers flexibility: create a name, add a description, and specify up to 24 participants with their names. You can create different shifts for different days, teams, or projects. The app helps maintain order, eliminates confusion, and makes accounting transparent.
Statistics will help you track how much time each participant spent, identify workloads and responsibilities, and, if necessary, share the data with management or store it for personal monitoring.
