Welcome aboard! With this on-demand pilot project, mobility becomes customisable: thanks to the application, you can book your journey comfortably and individually, without a timetable - with EstaxiBus, you make the timetable and define your pick-up point and destination.



EstaxiBus serves the town of Estavayer-le-Lac as well as the Rose de la Broye service area:

Period: Every day from 9 July to 24 August 2022

Timetable: Monday-Sunday, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm



In partnership with the municipality of Estavayer, Rose de la Broye, the COREB and the Development Agency of the canton of Fribourg, TPF is offering a bus on demand integrated into the Frimobil network. Frimobil tickets, day passes and travelcards including zone 80 as well as GA Travelcards and other valid tickets are recognised by the driver, without any extra charge. If you do not yet have a ticket, you can purchase one for the special price of CHF 2.00. This ticket, valid for one hour within the perimeter of the on-demand bus, can be purchased in the app, by SMS (send "ESTA" to 873), at the Estavayer-le-Lac train station or from the driver (cash).



Important: the special Frimobil ticket is only valid for EstaxiBus and does not allow you to continue your journey with other means of transport.



HOW DOES ESTAXIBUS WORK?

Nothing could be easier: book your next journey with the new EstaxiBus* application

1. Download the EstaxiBus app (App Store).

2. Book the journey: indicate the pick-up and destination stops and the desired time.

3. We suggest you the nearest stops, all you have to do is go to the chosen stop and follow the arrival of the vehicle in the app.

4. Pay for your ticket in the app, by SMS by sending ESTA to 873, at the Estavayer train station or directly to the driver (cash).

* Reservations can be made by telephone on 026 351 08 19 from Monday to Friday, from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and on Saturdays from 8.45 am to 12.00 pm.



During the journey, other passengers with a similar destination can board. This carpooling allows us to group together several requests for trips and reduce empty runs, thus relieving the environment. Once you arrive at your destination, you can give us feedback and evaluate the journey. Finally, the app will guide you on foot to your final destination (if necessary).
