How to activate the new key

After downloading and setting up the app, you only need to complete facial recognition once to activate the security key. Once the key is activated, simply open the app whenever you want to access it. The code generated to validate transactions will be displayed on your phone screen.

The device has changed, but the security remains the same.

• First access: use your Global Solutions login and password to configure the app

• Facial biometrics: with biometrics, we ensure that only you can activate the key on your cell phone

• Accessible key: when you access the app, the activated key is displayed on the screen in a convenient way, ready for digital validation
