Open Breathing Practices to see structured techniques with a picture, title, plain-language explanation, exact sequence, when it helps most, duration, and difficulty. Tap Start to enter the practice scene: the image is centered, a timer guides pace, Back and Stop controls keep you safe to pause anytime, and gentle rain, fire, or wind sounds play as water, flame, air, or earth animations flow around the image. Ensure the animation and audio are present here; they deepen immersion and reinforce rhythm.
Four methods cover common states. Abdominal Breathing softens inner discomfort and supports recovery with 6-10 cycles over 3-5 minutes. Rhythmic Breathing evens tempo with brief holds to reduce hurry in 5-7 minutes. Expansive Breathing restores lightness in 4-6 minutes through mindful opening of chest and belly. Releasing Breath uses a short inhale and longer exhale for a fast reset in 2-4 minutes.
