We are about proper low ‘n’ slow BBQ and proper burgers.
We work hard to source only the finest quality ingredients for our burgers and BBQ. For our burgers we use a blend of Longhorn chuck steak from the Cotswolds, sourced for it’s incredible flavour profile, and brisket from west Wales
We grind our meat daily in house from whole cuts, meaning you always get the freshest and best tasting burger.
We are proud of supporting local business, and souce all of our meat from reputable British butchers who care about their produce. Our bread is baked a few miles down the road, and wherever possible we source our vegetables from local farm shops.
