NimbleHeart Application continuously collects exercise ECG and Heart rate data from Physiotrace Smart wearable monitor over BLE interface and transmits it to NimbleHeart's secure cloud based physician portal for review and interpretation. The clinical staff from the physician's office creates the user profile and programs and updates the exercise prescription and the heart rate thresholds through the physician portal. The user can see the latest prescription and heart rate thresholds when they log into the App. The App also generates Heart Rate alerts for the user during exercise based on the prescribed heart rate thresholds. The user may see continuous ECG data during the exercise based on the physician's preferences in the exercise prescription.

This application can only be used with the prescription from a licensed physician for Physiotrace Smart wearable monitor intended to monitor the exercise ECG of adults. The application users should seek the advice of the physician regarding any medical decision or treatment.
