We also built the playful Dream Café system: gentle goals and rewards that nudge earlier bedtimes and make healthy habits easier to keep.

MoMoSleep reads sleep and related health data from Apple Health, collected by your Apple Watch and iPhone. You’ll be asked to grant read permissions before use to enable statistics, trend analysis, and guidance. Your health data stays on device—we do not upload any personal health information.
