A dedicated team, made up of experts from the medical fraternity, social workers, sales and development professionals involved in telemedicine and healthcare services since October 2012, has devoted considerable time to evaluate the current state of rural and urban healthcare services. During this period, the team has spent a considerable amount of time with more than 20,000 patients and their families and has found a huge gap between the requirements of the patients and the availability of healthcare services.

The years of research have resulted in this unique neutral and transparent healthcare digital transactional platform with the objectives of catering to the healthcare needs of all sections of the society and reaching even the remote areas where healthcare services are not easily available. This application is designed to reduce the gap between patients and healthcare providers with particular attention to ethics and integrity, and have a positive impact on the practice of healthcare as a whole.
