You can use your DIScount card in the Servery (where you'll also benefit from 10% off), the Cafe Bar, Starbucks, the Grandstand Cafe (in the Sports Centre, open seven days a week), and the campus shop. Simply hand your card over at the till or use the app and University staff will take care of the rest. If you have any questions about what's covered by the card, just ask. Finally, you won't be able to use your DIScount card to buy tobacco or alcohol.

If you live on campus, you'll automatically be a part of the innovative Plymouth Marjon University Dining-In-Scheme.

It's our way of helping you keep costs down, and managing your money when it comes to keeping yourself well fed. For first years the Dining in Card is obligatory and gives you around £19.50 per week to spend on campus on food, meaning you'll keep eating even if you're spent all your money elsewhere.

If you're a top-up, returning or postgraduate student on a short stay contract at the University, you don't have to participate in the Dining-In-Scheme, but you'll miss out on money-saving discounts, not to mention the ease of having pre-loaded campus cash on a handy card. You can top your card up as and when you need, between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday at the catering office or conveniently using our brand new app anytime."
