Technogym Functional Training app is designed for customers who have purchased selected Technogym equipment. This app is the perfect tool to show the versatility in functional movements that can be performed with the following Technogym equipment: Kinesis, Kinesis Stations, ARKE, Flex, Excite+ Top, Dual Adjustable Pulley, Omnia and Skillmill. There are currently over 900 movements and 100 programmes integrated into the app.

This app is designed to show the movements that can be performed on selected Technogym equipment as well as programmes that have been designed specifically for these pieces. There are a variety of filter options to help you select the precise movements and programmes you are looking for.

Results

This app will assist you in becoming familiar with the various movement patterns associated with each piece of Technogym equipment. The app contains detailed images of the movement patterns, descriptions and a short video clip of each movement (video streaming requires an Internet connection).
