Dr. Timothy Lau opened the original location at the old Kalihi Shopping Center in 1962. Upon Dr. Lau's retirement in 2013, Dr. Obara became the primary care doctor and took over the practice. Along with Dr. Lau's staff of Vet Techs, Vet Assistants, and Office Manager, Dr. Obara continues the legacy that began over five decades ago.
