----- How to use -----
-Choose a track
Select a BGM as you like from the list.

- Play or pause sound
Press play-pause button on the screen.

- Breathing support
It is a guide function to concentrate on breathing.
Press breath button to enable or disable this function.
When this function is on, the screen becomes lighter in 4 seconds, and goes back to the original state in 8 seconds.

- Timer function
This function stops the playback of BGM after a certain period of time.
Press timer button and control the picker and press "Set".
After the time passes, sound stops.
To cancel the timer, control the picker to 0 "Off", and press "Set".
