Bosch Visual Connect Pro is a Real-Time Communication Tool developed by the Automotive Aftersales Technical Service & Support Solutions Design. The tool has been incorporated using existing tools and is part of an up-to-date connected solution. It is designed to fulfill the customer’s increasingly high demand towards a First-Time Fix while optimizing workshop services and introducing new methods of working.

The tool is free to download and is available in selected countries.

The app does not allow Bosch to access any personal data on the mobile device.
