Use the integrated tracker in a simple and secure way or connect your favorite applications.


And worry not, it doesn't matter if you are an occasional exerciser or more of a sedentary person, #ECFmoves encourages you to participate in the challenge in any way you can and to have fun with your colleagues! Every steps count, even the ones you take between your desk and the coffee machine!

#ECFmoves uses HealthKit to export your #ECFmoves activities into the Health app and to read biometric data.
