The solution is inclusive of the following interfaces:
Customer/Patient Interface – The end users who can register themselves over the application and can view certain categories to choose from. Once the category is selected, a list of consultants can be viewed by the customers to choose from. The customers will select the consultant, select their availability slot, the type of service required and confirm the booking by making the payments.

Consultant Interface – These are the doctors who can register themselves over the application and can select their category in which they provide the service. The consultants define their slots and the consultation fees per slot. The consultants will be receiving the booking requests from the customers and will be providing the consultation through online consultations or in-person meetings as chosen by the customer.
