Bulaq Bulaq is a catalog of Uyghur language children’s poems. These poems have been transcribed from collections of traditional children’s nursery rhymes from Uyghur homeland, and are presented in both Uyghur Arabic and Latin scripts to facilitate access for heritage language learners in diaspora.

Poems with audio recordings feature three speeds: fast/natural speed, slow and clear speed, and slow with pauses for repeating and practicing. Recordings will be added as our volunteer recording team grows, so check back and update often!

Additional features include the option to favorite poems, a search feature, toggle for light and dark mode, and a menu toggle to easily switch between Uyghur Arabic and Latin scripts.
