The main screen is the Training Log. All your sessions are collected here with a convenient system of notes: date, type of load (resistance band, hold, hang), duration or number of reps, and a subjective assessment of effort. You can quickly see the progress of your workouts and review your records to understand what's working best.
In the New Session tab, you can start your next workout: specify the exercise type, set the number of sets, time or weight, and indicate which hand you performed the exercise with (left, right, or both). You can optionally add a comment—for example, "new resistance band, feels harder" or "did it with breaks." It's simple, convenient, and flexible.
The Statistics section transforms your data into easy-to-understand graphs and figures: it displays your best results, training frequency, average load, and visually displays your grip strength progress. This allows you to not only track your strength gains but also adjust your training based on these changes.
