The Cingular Focus Edge is a volleyball-specific mental skills app designed for players, parents, and coaches. The app is used by Coach Dishman to be a mental skills resource for players, parents, and coaches. Topics are introduced weekly and are designed to help players develop their mental approach and refine their skill development through a goal setting program. There is a section for users to ask Coach Dishman questions specific to them. There are also specific sections for players, parents and coaches. The Cingular Focus Edge app contains over two-hundred pieces of content in the form of articles, videos, assessments and PDF's for its users to explore. Coach Dishman has a Masters in Sport Psychology and played baseball at Duke University and in the Atlanta Braves Organziation. The Cingular Focus Edge app allows his expertise to be your resource during the volleyball development process.
