Application dedicated to professionals to evaluate and increase their client's aerobic capacity in METs (similar to the VO2 max.).

The evaluation is done with a progressive test in increments of 90 seconds with 30 second rest periods. The test can be done on stationary bike with watts, treadmill, aerobic step and even with a single stair.
 
The application has the particularity to generate protocols dedicated to each person and may capture the heart rates if it is connected to a Bluetooth heart rate sensor. The evaluation report include: the aerobic capacity in METs, the percentile for age and sex and the percent of METs Health. The test has been validated by the University of Strasbourg.

The trainings follow-up, intensity computing and the group training playback are now fully available.
