Who We Are

At the Micro Squad, we offer in-person pop-up classes and virtual Microformer classes from the comfort of your home! All our instructors are certified with years of experience behind them. Equipped with knowledge to bring you a safe and challenging workout that is sure to leave you shaking and aching for more.

What is Micro Pilates? It is a Pilates-based movement combined with strength training. Our workout is high intensity, low impact, builds strength, endurance, and is easy on the joints.

What We Lunge For
Micro Squad strives to bring you a new type of workout experience: Pop-up outdoor classes and a (virtual) studio experience. We keep it fun and want to make sure your form is in check, the proper muscles are activating, and you’re feeling the micro-adjustments whether you’re at home or in person.
