A Bells Up TV Membership gives you the flexibility to follow a strength and conditioning program from anywhere. Our kettlebell and bodyweight-based classes are appropriate for all levels and follow a progressing plan. You’re never left guessing which class to choose, how to select weights or intensity: we do it all for you.
New classes are released weekly, with strength programs running on 10 or 12 week cycles. All strength classes are recommended to be completed on a three times per week basis and last between 30-50 minutes.
In addition to strength, we offer an evolving library of conditioning classes to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Conditioning classes are based on intensity/skill level and last between 20-30 minutes. We recommend completing two conditioning classes per week to compliment strength work, or doing your own aerobic training of choice.
Our expert trainers not only create classes with a plan, but teach with a focus on technique and skill. We’re about getting real, getting strong and teaching you how to get your bells up like a pro.
With a Bells Up TV membership, you’ll also receive access to The FitFourth, our program for building a strength base postpartum, movement tutorials, live classes, special fitness challenges and specific programs for mastering skills (like pull ups).
