WHERE พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ข้อมูลและบริการเว็บเซอร์วิสด้านแผนที่จากระบบ sphere แพลตฟอร์มเปิดด้านภูมิสารสนเทศของคนไทย โดยมีให้บริการทั้งในรูปแบบเว็บและแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือ

WHERE is a Thailand map navigation application. Users can search for locations and see the recommended route and navigation guidance to the destination.

WHERE is developed using the map data and services from sphere, the Open Geospatial Platform for Thais. It is available both as web and mobile applications.

WHERE and sphere is created by Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), Thailand.
