vuduo2 is an enigma2 OpenwebIf client able to connect to your set top box over a network and allow both control of the box and the streaming of live and recorded video to your iPhone or iPad. Recordings from your set top box can also be save locally for offline viewing when not connected to the network. Particularly useful on multi satellite setups or family use as several clients can connect to the box and stream their own channels or recordings completely independently from the main TV. This app can function as a remote control for the set top box or stream video on it's own internal player or, if loaded can stream to VLC. Works on most enigma2 distros including OpenVIX, OpenATV and OpenPLI. A perfect companion to STB's such as the Vu+ Duo4K SE and AB Pulse 4K as well as many others.
vuduo2 requires a monthly subscription to access it's features, including remote control function, browsing, streaming, and downloading recordings. Subscriptions are billed via the App Store.
This app is used to control and access the users own STB (set top box) content and live and recorded streams. The subscription does not include any additional streaming content.
