Construct Manage is an application designed with construction companies in mind. The app provides an array of features which will improve the everyday operations of construction companies.

There is three different levels of accounts: Manager, Supervisor and Worker. Manager is the superior account with access to special features such as viewing all tasks, site management, worker management and timesheet generation plus all of the supervisors abilities. Supervisors can assign task, register sites, view who is in today on site, assign tasks plus all of workers abilities. Worker level accounts is the simplest account to keep workers doing work, they can clock in, upload files and documents and respond to tasks assigned to them.

The clock in feature provides an easy to use QR clock in method. QR Codes are generated for each site and workers scan them to clock in and out for work. There is a GPS location check to ensure the worker is on site and not trying to spoof attendance.
Generate timesheets from the clock in data with the clicking of a few buttons! These can be viewed, shared and printed off within the app or sent straight to the company payroll email.

Task Management allows Supervisors and Managers to assign tasks to workers, each task can have a deadline, priority and checklist to ensure the job is completed right. Any changes to a task and users are notified immediately.

File Sharing allows for the storage of drawings and schematics for all users on site, this will save time and lead to more work being done. Take a photo and add a voice note description to make sure everyone is on the same page. This feature can be used to also track extras and snags on a job.

Managers can also upload their own company logo and this will be displayed on app drawer for all their workers. Company logos will also be displayed above the clock in QR Codes which will be posted on site.
