Developed by Jockey Club CADENZA e-tools for Elder Care, ‘iHealth Screen’ is a free self-help health screening test which covers 11 common health topics that older adults care about. With an interactive and easy-to-use interface, older adults, caregivers and professionals can perform health screening tests for older adults through their mobile devices at anytime, anywhere.


According to the test results, ‘iHealth Screen’ will provide relevant Cadenza eTools training materials and other useful community resources, so that users can acquire latest knowledge and skills in caring for older adults, so as to provide enhanced daily care.


Registration is not required. No personal data will be collected. Test report is for reference only. If you have any questions, please consult your family doctor or other professionals.
