Programs are prepared by a verified personal trainer and cover all forms of physical activity: Mobility, Strength, Endurance, Speed, Coordination and Balance, as well as individually prepared exercises.

Using the simple user interface, videos and pause option, it is easy to understand and perform each of the exercises. You can stay in constant contact with the trainer to strengthen your body according to your capabilities. Or do it by yourself. The application also provides browsing history of your exercises.
