At Dóttir HotYoga, we invite you to step inside our studio and leave all your thoughts and worries outside. From complete relaxation, to flowing with the breath and working up a sweat, you will find exactly what your body and mind are craving.

Our Yoga Shala is heated using Infrared heaters (around 35 degrees C), the most beneficial heating method for your yoga practice. Infrared heaters improve skin quality, boost the immune system, detox the body, and increase circulation.

Discover our range of classes that are based on Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga style. Our goal is to provide students with a safe space to enrich and explore their yoga practice and leave feeling relaxed, reconnected and recharged.

We believe the little things matter and we strive to make your experience at our studio something worth coming back for. At the end of each yoga class, you can look forward to a frozen towel placed over your forehead to cool down and relax, followed by a refreshing fresh pressed juice served in the lounge.

We are located in beautiful Teglholmen, right behind the school in Sydhavn. Just outside the studio there is a beautiful and secluded swimming spot with cozy docks where you can take a dip, relax and meditate after a yoga class.
