1. ATOMIC ORBITALS: ElectronVisualized uses the spherical harmonics formula to accurately depict the shape of each atomic orbital based upon its four quantum numbers. Each dot represent a probable location of where an electron might be.

2. MOLECULAR ORBITALS: Thanks to Density Functional Theory and GPAW library, we were able to derive the electron density of a molecule without going through complex steps of solving a N-dimensional Schrödinger's Equation.

3. ABOUT THE DEVELOPER: Single-handedly developed by a high school student — My name is John Seong, and I am a high school student based in Oakville, Canada. I am deeply interested in pursuing my dream as a software engineer and the head of Human Interface Design at Apple Inc.

THINKING BEHIND THE DESIGN: There is indeed beauty within chaos — Building this website called ElectronVisualized from scratch has truly been a unique and life-changing experience, leading me to this point where I see one object and see lines of codes that are needed to procedurally render it. There were numerous instances where I thought something was impossible — of course — but I managed to persevere through my deep-rooted desire to self-actualize. It was to become a person that sees beauty even in seemingly chaotic moments. It was by creating this magic app that really shows my skilled background as someone who typically ponders the question of order and disorder.
