Allayya was inspired by its founder’s personal journey as she juggled the challenges of being a caregiver, mother, immigrant, and career woman—an experience that profoundly impacted her mental health. Turning to therapy, she realized that much of the work and progress happens outside the therapist’s office. While searching for mental wellness resources, she found that mainstream mental wellness apps didn’t resonate with her unique needs as a woman. Inspired to bridge this gap, she set out to create Allayya—a space designed for women to prioritize their mental well-being and feel more like their true selves.
