The Welcome Baby App was developed by Smart Start Suffolk, a governmental program of Suffolk County New York, to make resources more accessible to expecting mothers and families of young children. The Welcome Baby Book is available via an online App and discusses matters of parenting from A to Z. The resource section of the application includes both state and local resources specific for Suffolk County residents. The App also includes a flashcard section for little ones to study sight words on the go.
