The visionary behind the Myhealingo mobile application (app) and the founder of our service, My Healing Language (MHL), Glenda Macatangay MSW has over 25 years of experience across various fields including community-based mental health, wellness, ancestral healing, research and education. Through My Healing Language, she has guided clients through personalized wellness plans based on their cultural backgrounds and ancestral healing practices. Her clients have reported positive health benefits such as increased telomere growth, improved sleep cycles, higher energy levels, clearer boundaries, more compassionate relationships, and clarity around purpose.

How does it work?
My Healing Language champions a potent daily wellness practice that is purposeful, culturally grounded, and easily accessible. By immersing in this holistic approach, individuals unlock their true potential, aligning with their life's purpose, and fortifying connections with self, others, and the natural world. Our journey begins by practicing weekly base rituals and anchor rituals.
The base rituals of well-being involve decluttering and completing a weekly reflection check-in survey, while anchor rituals may consist of practicing 1-5 rituals that promote balance and self-awareness across the four elements of self.
