Solo Run Club is the simplest app to track your runs and shoes. It provides quick insights on weekly volume and heart rate, and it provides an easy UI to track mileage on each pair of shoes. I built this to simplify my run tracking. None of the other apps I've tested are as accurate as Apple Watch workouts, and some of them would even crash midway through a run. I couldn't find any free apps that used Workouts, allowed tracking mileage on shoes, and included workout planning capabilities.. so I built one. There are no ads, analytics, or social features. My goal was to build an app that lets you get in and out quickly.
How do I use it?
- Record a run with your Apple Watch (or another app that writes to Health)
- Approve Health permissions and see your runs!
