2. Go to the Split Builder page to add your training days and create exercises.
3. Swipe to the Workout Log page and tap Edit Exercises to start logging your workouts.
4. Progress graphs are automatically generated based on your logs.
5. Use the PR Tracker and Measurements pages to track personal records and other stats separately.
6. You can use the info icon on any page for more detailed instructions.
