You can track almost any nutrient you can think of. The app has a default selection of nutrients that should cover the most common deficiencies.
Nutrient targets and upper limits are customizable. The app defaults to targets and upper limits based on the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Meal data is stored securely in your iCloud and syncs across your devices.
