Siddhi Ananta CRM iOS app is specifically built for our client Siddhi Ananta Group – A Real Estate Company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan in India. We have built this iOS app as per the requirement of our client. This is a CRM app which will manage all the day-to-day task of the company and monitor the status of the work assigned to any employee.
This app has following functionalities –
1. Login /Logout – An employee cannot create their own account on this app as this is a CRM app. So, the management will create an employees’ account and provide the credential to the employee so that they can login in the app.
2. Punch-in & Punch-out – An employee can do single or multiple Punch-in and Punch-out depending upon their working requirement to mark their attendance. While using this function employee need to take a selfie from the camera. The employee’s location will also be tracked so that management can know whether the employee is at the assigned location or not.
3. Attendance Manager: Using this Module the management will be able to monitor the attendance of the employees with their location, selfie and total working hours of the day. The management will be able to export the required attendance data in excel sheet using filter for better understanding the working behaviour of the employees.
4. Team Manager: The module will help the management to track and manage all the employees’ detail, activities, salary, leaves etc. Using this module management can assigned the employee any project they want to. This module will help the management to understand their employees better so that they can make changes accordingly or make future plan.
5. Holiday Manager: Using this module the management will be able to mark holidays in advance so that employees can plan their vacation or leaves accordingly.
6. Leave Manager: This module will help the employees to apply the leaves in advance. Management can track the leave applied by the various employees and accept or reject their leaves.
7. Salary Manager: Using this module management will be able to track the salaries of the employees and add salary to any employee. An employee will be able to see their salary record.
8. Buying Manager: The management will be able to add properties that they are going to buy with details, required document, payments, and assigned that property to any employee.
