## Game Mechanics
### Defense System
- Deploy defenses by tapping empty grid cells
- Each defense shows a shield symbol
- Defenses can be damaged by alien attacks
- Damaged defenses turn orange/red
- Too many damaged defenses results in game over
### Scoring System
- **Base Score**: 100 points per defense deployed
- **Combo Bonus**: 50 points × combo multiplier
- **Time Bonus**: 10 points per second remaining
- **Phase Bonus**: 100 points × current phase
### Win/Lose Conditions
- **Win**: Deploy the required number of defenses for the level
- **Lose**: Too many defenses get damaged (6+ hits)
