Simply scan the floor, tap anywhere on the surface that appears, and watch a full-sized 3D model appear in front of you. You can then slide to move, pinch to scale, and use two-finger rotation to place the objects that best fits your needs. You can get close, so you can know exactly how an object looks realistic. This app is a perfect AR demonstration to show what is possible through Augmented Reality.
